After having visited several accomodations from Italy to Switzerland during our trip, this has to be the most unpleasant and disappointing experience! Fine if there is no air-conditioning, but the ceiling fan doesnt serve any purpose at all, being very weak regardless the speed you adjust to. Lucerne | 0.09km from Old Town We were greeted with a cosy looking room, huge bed and rather spacious, in our opinion.
